please read these terms carefully. i cannot offer refunds due to kofi's commissions, so be sure when commissioning. by commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms listed below.
i will draw:
- fanart
- ocs
- ship/selfship
- kemono-style furries
- pastel/candy gore
- pinups
i won't draw:
- fetish (even if "sfw"/nonsexual)
- nsfw
- mecha
- traditional gore
- real people
- comics
- hate speech
commissions will be handled through tumblr dms. i reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.
violation of the terms of service may result in me cancelling your order and/or refusing to take a commission from you in the future.
i reserve the right to alter my terms of service and prices as needed, past orders based on old terms will not be affected.
payment is upfront, in full, and will be taken via ko-fi.
be specific about what you would like.
references must be clear, up to date, and include images.
any desired changes outside of the initial commission must be discussed and approved.
upon completion, your commission will be posted publically. you as the commissioner may ask to remain anonymous when the commission is posted.
i, the artist, retain the rights to your commission. you may not use your commission for commercial purposes (for profit, such as selling stickers featuring your commission as the design).
personal use (such as cropping your commission for a profile picture) with proper credit is okay.
you may repost your commission with proper credit (eg, "commissioned from @menheraaudino on tumblr").
you may not use your commission for nfts or anything cryptocurrency based, nor may you use your commission for ai-based purposes.
